On my bread showpieces

Bread showpieces recipe
-1 kg gr bread flour
-150 gr salt
-50 gr vinegar
- 600 ml water
Mixs all ingredient in mixing bowl until
the dough not stick in the side of mixing bowl and the douhg shoud be like regular douhg bread 

When the dough is ready ,let it rest for a bout 30 minute before start make the shwopiaces.

Bake the bread in slow temperatur until dry
