On MyBread (Basic and Simple Bread Recipe)

Actualy all bread recipe is basicly same each other.The only thing make them deferent is the people who want to explore the bread more deeper and get more chalent to produce deferent product and of cours they want best of the best product
On my bread recipe in very basic recipe I would like to put this ingredient

-1 kg high gluten flour
-20 gr yeast
-20 gr salt
-20 gr sugar
-600 gr ice water
This recipe is for hard bread like baguete or hard roll
If you want to get bread more soft or not to dry and hard.Put some oil or butter on it depend how much soft you want
The minimum amount is 20 gr
